Long Shadow Baltic Porter

Released once a year, this big dark brew is aged in bourbon and maple syrup barrels for 12-24 months before being finished on vanilla beans & cocoa nibs. 11% ABV

Winterfest Lager

Marzen large brewed with a blend of Munich & Vienna malts to create a deep bronze beauty. 6.0% ABV

Umbrage Munich Dunkel

This cold fermented dark lager has a deep mahogany color and rich malt profile of bread crust, dark caramel and toasted hazelnuts. 5.2% ABV

Rex Czech Pale Lager

This “tiny” version of Sovereign is named for the King of our realm. Served on a side pull faucet to enhance foam and mouthfeel. 3.7% ABV

Sovereign Czech Pilsner

Our original continental lager is ready, snappy, and unfiltered. Summing up all the things we love about beer. Poured on our side pull faucet. 5.3% ABV

Humor Rye Lager

This festive amber lager is brewed with a high percentage of rye malt for a spicy, earthy flavor profile.

Oblivion Black Lager

Our signature Black Lager has kept old friends and newcomers alike coming back for more since its debut, and we can’t blame them! We love its clean malt character accentuated by notes of coffee, bakers chocolate, and pumpernickel bread, sessionable ABV, and entrancing silky smooth mouthfeel despite deep, rich, dark color. 4.8% ABV

The Vig Pale Ale

Utilizing Amarillo & Simcoe hops for big pithy citrus fruit notes, and a west coast yeast strain that finishes on the drier side. ABV 6.8%

Quintessential Pilsener

This Noble Pilsener is crafted from premium German malt and bittered with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnang hops. Fermented cold, it’s snappy and clean, which is why it’s the go to choice for our brewer’s everyday beer. 4.9% ABV

Baron von Smoke

This rauchbier is in the traditional Bamberg style, with beautiful layers of campfire and billowing smoke. 5.6% ABV

Radler Pilsner & Lemonade

Pilsner mixed with our house made lemonade for a light beer with sweet citrus flavor. 3.5% ABV
