Quintessential Pilsener

This Noble Pilsener is crafted from premium German malt and bittered with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnang hops. Fermented cold, it’s snappy and clean, which is why it’s the go to choice for our brewer’s everyday beer. 4.9% ABV

Requiem Vienna Lager

Amber lager showcases a malty base with highlights of biscuit and honey. Try it with a slice of lime for a refreshing twist. 5.0% ABV

Tremolo Italian Pilsner

European pilsner base is fermented cold then dry hopped with Saphir & Hallertau Blanc. Crisp and clean with notes of white grape. 5.5% ABV

Radicarian Brett Saison

Mixed Fermentation Farmhouse ale showcases light, earthy funk with subtle acidity and a finishing hints of lime. 5.4% ABV

Biere de Blanche

An oldie but goodie, this wheat beer is brewed with Coriander & Orange Peel then fermented warm with French Saison yeast for a soft and light Belgian inspired experience. ABV 4.8%

Riwaka Pale Ale

New Zealand Pale Ale single hoped with a varietal of the same name has soft tropical notes with a touch of lime zest and hint of cedar wood. 6.7% ABV

Orator Doppelbock

-ATOR is the suffix generally prescribed to the name of these rich & malty style of beer. Brewed once a year and released in March. 7.0% ABV

Rex Czech Pale Lager

This “tiny” version of Sovereign is named for the King of our realm. Served on a side pull faucet to enhance foam and mouthfeel. 3.7% ABV

Oblivion Black Lager

Our signature Black Lager has kept old friends and newcomers alike coming back for more since its debut, and we can’t blame them! We love its clean malt character accentuated by notes of coffee, bakers chocolate, and pumpernickel bread, sessionable ABV, and entrancing silky smooth mouthfeel despite deep, rich, dark color. 4.8% ABV

Radler Pilsner & Lemonade

Pilsner mixed with our house made lemonade for a light beer with sweet citrus flavor. 3.5% ABV
